MoleLatin American specialty meaning concoction, is a rich dark sauce with over 50 different varieties depending on the region. Generally mole is a smooth dark blend of chile, spices, onion, garlic and a small amount of Mexican chocolate. Add pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and real Mexican chocolate for truly authentic flavor. I added a bit of cocoa which is very different than the original. |
