Jerky Cure-curing salt, garlic, onion, pepper, red bell pepper, coriander, green chili, mustard, and green onion. Easy to follow instructions for marinating jerky. |

Jerky Cure: Add entire package with 1 cup soy sauce, 1 c. Worcestershire, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, and apply to 2 lb. meat. Marinate 8-24 hours before dehydration. Follow dehydrator instructions when making jerky. |

Spices to use with Jerky Cure: Berbere Hot Pepper Spice, Harissa, Sweet Mesquite BBQ Rub, Hot Red Rub, Thai Spice, Asian Spice, Bob’s Roasted Garlic Seasoning, Chipotle Southwestern Seasoning and salsa mix. |
