Chinese Ginger Blend

Chinese cuisine is prepared and consumed to maximize the health benefits and uses the medicinal properties of wholesome foods.  Chinese cuisine builds from foods that are in season, a menu style that originated 3,000 years ago, during the Zhou dynasty.  Sauces enhance a dish, foods should be eaten slowly, and everything is eaten in moderation.  American/Chinese food contains many ingredients rarely used in China, oils are heavier, and msg is common place.  Many restaurants in America have reduced the amounts of msg used in Chinese cooking.

One of the healthiest foods in the world is ginger.   I started with ginger, garlic, and onion because these spices are revered in Chinese medicine.  Cholesterol levels are lower because of the balance of healthy foods, less dishes of just meat, and little to no diary.  My favorite way to eat this spice is taking cooked ramen and sautéing it with the spice and egg.  Simple and good for you.
