Great with rice, as meat rub, or in tomato stews!

In India many curries do not include bell pepper or garlic because of their religious beliefs but in American cooking garlic is one of the most common flavorings.  This is my version of a mild lemon curry to use the same way as any mild curry.  Add it to chicken salad, soups, grilled meats, and of course every vegetable under the sun-especially squash!
